2. Scope of data processed
We process data you provide via contact forms, calendar bookings, and during project delivery: name, email, phone, company name, VAT ID, correspondence content, and technical data (IP, browser, visit time).

4. Retention period
We keep data for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose (max. 5 years after last interaction for marketing, 5 years for accounting per tax law, until consent withdrawal for cookies).
5. Recipients
We share data with trusted processors: hosting, analytics (Google Analytics 4), marketing automation, payment systems, accounting. All have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
6. Transfers outside EEA
Some providers (e.g. Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) are outside the EEA. Transfers happen under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EC plus additional safeguards (DPF for US).
