Founder of FETCHER Solutions. Building automations and online stores for businesses since 2019. Łódź, Poland. LinkedIn →

Who is FETCHER Solutions?

FETCHER Solutions is a boutique tech agency headquartered in Łódź, Poland. We replace manual work with systems that run 24/7: AI automations and agents, fast websites, Shopify stores and system integrations. Clients sit across Poland and the EU, and we work fully remote by default.

We're the agency that counts ROI, documents code and doesn't disappear after launch.

Who is behind FETCHER Solutions?

FETCHER Solutions is led by founder Ziemowit Galant, who has been building automations and online stores for Polish companies since 2019. He works with a team of engineers who left corporate life to deliver better implementations for smaller clients.

He also writes on the FETCHER blog.

What is it like to work with FETCHER?

Every project runs on our FETCH framework: Focus → Explore → Transpose → Commit → Handoff. It starts with a free 30-minute call, within 48 hours you get a brief and a fixed price, then we build in two-week sprints and launch with a 30-day warranty. No surprises, no mystery invoices.

StageWhat happensTiming
FocusDiscovery call on Google Meet: problem, KPIs, tech stack, budget. You get a written summary.Day 1 · free

What values guide our work?

Four principles guide us: Precision, Partnership, Outcomes and Durability. In practice that means price and timeline in writing, shared ownership of the project, measuring success by business results rather than “a delivered website”, and code that can be maintained for years.

What tech stack do we use?

We pick tools for the goal, not the other way round. Typically n8n is the automation skeleton and an LLM (Claude, OpenAI) the decision layer; websites run on Next.js or Astro, stores on Shopify, data in Supabase. The project lives on your hosting, with nothing vendor-locked.

More in our automation guide.

What results have we delivered?

We count outcomes, not screenshots. Examples: +38% conversion on a custom Shopify store, 2.4× LTV with subscriptions, #1 local ranking for a restaurant, accounting errors cut from 4% to 0.3%, and a B2B portal with ERP integration shipped in 6 weeks.

All projects: case studies.

What are FETCHER Solutions' company details?

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients outside Poland?

Yes. HQ is in Łódź, but we work with clients across the EU — Germany, UK, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic. The process is fully remote (Google Meet, Slack, Notion): discovery call, brief within 48 hours, sprints with demos and a launch with warranty. On-site visits happen when they genuinely add value.

How much does working with FETCHER cost?

Every project is priced after the brief as a fixed price. Starting points: single tasks from €50, a single workflow from €600, a business card site from €1,150, a custom Shopify store from €3,500 and advanced AI systems from €7,000. The price doesn't grow; any change request is quoted separately for your approval.

Do you issue EU-compliant invoices?

Yes. Invoices are issued by FETCHER Ziemowit Galant, VAT PL9472012475, with EU VAT active and reverse charge for B2B. They are issued on payment day (or as a proforma beforehand) in PDF plus an e-invoice in our accounting system.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a minimum 30-day warranty — free fixes for bugs not caused by your changes. After that you can add a Care plan from €160/mo with SLA, uptime monitoring, security patches and dev hours. At the end you also receive all passwords, the GitHub repo and documentation.
