§2. Scope of services
We provide:
- Business process automation and AI implementations (n8n, Make, custom agents)
- Website design and development
- E-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop)
- System and API integrations
- SEO, GEO, and digital marketing
- Technical support and maintenance (Care)
§3. Collaboration rules
- Services are provided under a written contract or accepted email quote.
- Estimates without a brief are indicative only.
- Scope, timeline, and payments are set individually per project.
- Default model is fixed-price after an accepted brief. Time & Materials for open-ended projects.
- Change requests require mutual approval and a separate quote.
§4. Payments
- Invoices issued in EUR or PLN. Reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B with valid VAT ID.
- Standard schedule: 50% deposit + 50% on delivery. Large projects: 30% + 40% + 30%.
- Payment term: 7 business days from invoice date.
- Statutory interest for overdue payments.
- IP rights remain with FETCHER until final invoice paid.
§5. Warranty and support
- Every project carries a 30-day warranty on implementation defects.
- Warranty excludes issues caused by client changes or third parties post-delivery.
- Care (SLA) plans available after warranty.
§6. IP
- Upon full payment, client receives full transferable IP rights to custom deliverables (source code, custom graphics, content).
- Open-source components retain their licenses (MIT, Apache, GPL, etc.).
- FETCHER retains the right to display deliverables in portfolio and marketing (unless contract states otherwise).
§7. Claims
- Claims must be submitted via email to info@fetchersolutions.pl.
- Resolution time: 14 business days.
- If accepted — free correction within an agreed timeframe.
§8. Limitation of liability
FETCHER is not liable for: indirect damages, lost profits, downtime caused by external factors (hosting providers, platform API changes, LLM provider outages). Maximum liability is capped at the project fee.

Data handling rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§10. Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for FETCHER's registered office.
